(Cuyahoga Falls)– Two pre-school are kids are among five people in a frightening crash in Cuyahoga Falls Tuesday morning.
The crash ended with a semi plowing into the side of the Alro Steel building along State Road at around 9:30 a.m. It went about ten feet into the structure.
Falls Fire Capt. George Sewald tells Newsradio WTAM 1100 that three people, including the two kids, were injured in one SUV whose entire side was ripped off in the collision. Sewald said the truck ended up about 10 feet inside of the Alro Steel building.
No one inside Alro Steel was injured. The truck’s driver was injured and was taken to the hospital. A second SUV sustained heavy rear end damage and its driver was also hospitalized.
Crews had to contain diesel fuel that leaked from the semi.
