Equally at home, behind the bar, or in the classroom, Director Will Cobbin knows from experience what it takes to train Cleveland’s finest bartenders. Will began bartending part-time while working in Ohio’s schools as a certified teacher, and would later attend the Professional Bartending School of Cincinnati. In the last fifteen years he has dedicated himself to the bar and restaurant industry, learning the trade inside-out and even placing fourth in the “Best Bartending in Ohio” competition. He has been combining his passions for education and bartending at the Cleveland campus since 1995.
