It's been 20 years since the very first photo was posted on the Internet.
The guy who uploaded it is Tim Berners-Lee from CERN, a physics lab in Switzerland.
He had a friend scan some photos from a party they just had.
The hairstyles/fashion is VERY 1992, for sure.
