Everyone knows you're not supposed to pass a school bus when they have their lil' stop sign thingy out, right?
Well, a driver in Cleveland has been repeatedly passing this one school bus by driving on the sidewalk. Does it all the time.
So, this bus driver took video & caught the dumb-a$$ driver in the act.
He also had the po-po standing by to BUST the dude.
