Adam Young (aka "Owl City") & Carly Rae Jepsen are being sued for alleged copyright infrigement.
Allyson Nichole Burnett, an Alabama-based singer is claiming her 2010 track "Ah, It's A Love Song" was ripped-off in the Owl City/Carly Rae tune, "Good Time".
Does she have a case?
