Feeling sassy? Try to find a day when I'm not, ha. I'm Katie and here are a
few things you should know about me: I am an unnessarily loud Wisco girl,
stupid-hyper, totally random and have a severe obsession with shoes & bags
that I should probably seek therapy for.
I like black nail polish,
lipgloss, big blingy rings, Sarah Silverman and Tim Gunn. I love my family,
friends and my "children" aka my 2 chihuahuas Napoleon & Ernie...and just
added, a black pug named Penelope! She is a total brat. I wonder where she
learned it from, hmm.
Wanna eat healthy but don't feel like putting in the time? I feel your pain. That's why this is the BEST thing for a lazy but you-wanna-eat-healthy dish.
Take some chicken breast, throw it in a 9x13 baking dish...open a can of Del Monte salt-free diced tomatoes, pour that sucka on top. Then spice it up to your liking. I am a garlic whore, so I go to town with garlic powder...but basil, onion, whatever tickles you.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes (cut it open to make sure it's done and you don't get worms from raw chicken). Enjoy! Xoxo
