The song hit iTunes yesterday and it's already the most downloaded song in the past 24 hours -- why? I don't know.

Soulja Boy was arrested and charged with "possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute" AND "possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime."

The Britney Spears video for 'Criminal' was released late last night. Ok, meh. Whatever. It's not bad. It's not great.

There is, however, a pretty steamy shower scene in the middle of the video (at about 3:48 in). I've been having a debate with a friend all day because I don't think it's Britney in the scene. I'm pretty sure they used a body double as you never really see her face...

It's no secret that I do not like Shia LaBeouf. I find him annoying, wildly self-important and overall douchey.

Having said that, it's never good to see someone get beaten -- especially since we don't know what provoked this attack. TMZ obtained a video that show a man repeatedly punching Shia in the face outside a bar in Vancouver.

"A rep for Cinema Public House tells TMZ, no one on staff noticed the brawl outside -- but the rep confirms ... Shia has been a regular at the place since he's been in town to shoot "The Company You Keep."'
