According to NBC Washington, a Maryland woman was cited last Friday for driving TWO MILES under the speed limit and failing to move to the right lane on Interstate 95!
What?!
First of all, we all get irritated driving behind slow people on the highway, but TWO MILES?! Did she really deserve a ticket?
Secondly, is this sending the worng message? I think so! Speeding is great! But two miles under the speed limit... Not ok!
