This dog is well aware that he is not allowed to go into the pool for whatever reason... or maybe he can't swim, but I'm gonna choose to believe he is simple well trained, BUT HIS FRISBEE GETS STUCK! NOOOO!! OH THE HUMANITY!!

But seriously, it's friggin' adorable... look at him go.

Thank goodness for smart phones or we'd never be able to see this woman being kicked off an airplane this weekend or singing "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston NONSTOP. 

Best part? The flight attendants trying to get people to stop taking pictures... yea, right.

According to Business Insider, the popular app doesn't delete your private photos after they 'disappear' on your phone. 

From BusinessInsider.com:

"A digital forensics examiner named Richard Hickman has found a way to resurface the private pictures on Androids. The finding is similar to a flaw Buzzfeed uncovered in December.

Hickman, 24, took a mobile forensics course at Utah Valley University. During his research there, he discovered that Snapchat stores every photo in a folder called "RECEIVED_IMAGES_SNAPS." An extension, ".NOMEDIA" is added to each photo file which makes them hard – but not impossible – to find.

"The actual app is even saving the picture," Hickman tells KSL.com. "They claim that it's deleted, and it's not even deleted. It's actually saved on the phone."'

Troubled former Nickelodeon star, Amanda Bynes, took to twitter to discuss her displeasure with a picture that appeared in an issue of InTouch Weekly.

She writes:

"Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore! I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!"
